What are your standard shipping times?

We typically process orders within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for regional locations.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and a unique AWB number to monitor your package in real-time.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we only accept returns if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect upon arrival. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.

Are your products organic and sustainably sourced?

We prioritize high-quality, authentic ingredients. Many of our products are organic and vegan; please check the specific product description for detailed certifications and dietary information.

Do you offer international shipping?
